Horrendous experience
Horrendous experience. I was told that the representative on the phone could not help with customer service and I would have to contact PetEdge via email and he would do the same. I never heard back from PetEdge, not at all. Very unprofessional. As a growing and thriving business, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Not as good as it used to be, but still good.
Shipping the has dramatically slowed. I have received shipments in as little as 24 hours from time of order in the past. The change in hands for the company has not shown me any improvement personally. I live in Massachusetts and miss the warehouse that had special sales, as well as the speedy shipping.

I ordered many times from Pet Edge BUT
I ordered many times from Pet Edge years ago and was always pleased with the ease and the final outcome. Well, I know things are different now because of Covid but unless things drastically change I will quit ordering from you. It shows items are available on your site but then they aren’t really. Some items have a 6 month wait. That’s crazy! Who wants to wait that long. Shipping seems to take much longer as well.

I’ve been using Petedge to supply my business for over 8 years now. They are exponentially better with the new owners. I’m a groomer and have self serve tubs so I order a lot of stuff. I met new staff at an Atlanta grooming conference and they were awesome. My ONLY complaint in all these years would be that the aprons crack and tear easily now whereas they used to last awhile. Other than that they are my fave. ❤️

I have an order that I can’t find any…
For the most part I have been happy but I have an order that I can’t find any info about. I ordered it on 6/19 and have gotten 2 shipments but can’t find any info about the other part of the order. The order page won’t let me view any of the order info. It’s very frustrating bc I don’t have any idea when it’s coming.
