Do not buy!
They offer a 1 year warranty which is false. After 6 months my iPhone stopped working, theoretically they should answer my complaint within 24 hours but after a week I have still no answer. They have robbed me, as I need to buy another phone, of course never ever to them again

Difficult to to get customer service
It was difficult to reach a customer service person on the phone. I had to wait around 10 minutes more than once just to talk to someone. The customer service hours were also unpredictable. Sometimes I would call and never get an answer even though the website said it was open for phone support. The customer support person was knowledgeable but not friendly.
