The service was great! I sent the phone, and they sent the check super fast. I did make one suggestion to Buyback Boss after they said they were sending the check: they should confirm that the phone was in great condition, and that the check would be for the amount of initial offer.

Excellent customer service! Sent me a pre-packaged label and shipped it back easily. Payment came within 2 days and it was higher than what I was originally quoted. Great service, highly recommend!

Coincidentally my face recognition…

Coincidentally my face recognition software was not working once they received my phone and only offered $55 for it. I, of course, had no recourse and was given the option to accept the reduced price of $55 and not really even advised what the policy would be of them returning my phone. Update: after posting this review, i was contacted and offered the original amount for my phone. So, I increased the rating from 1 to 3 stars.

Painless and Hassle Free

Buyback Boss made my experience of getting a new phone and trading in my old one completely painless and hassle free. I received my new phone within a couple of days as promised and it looks and functions like a brand new phone! The price I got for my old phone was fair, and sending it in was simple. I received a check within a week of mailing it in. I will definitely use Buyback Boss again. Highly recommend!

Had a very nice experience using Buyback Boss. To be honest I had some bad luck in the pass with previous companies where I sent them items I had Decluttr and they never paid me so I was worried sending Buy Back Boss my old Iphone 8. I was very presently surprised. Everything was processed and I was paid when they told me I would be paid by Paypal. I also enjoyed the communication they had with me. Would definitely use this service again!
