Cliradex eyelid cleansers are natural wipes and foam products to help relieve symptoms of Demodex, blepharitis, meibomian gland disease, stye, chalazion, dry eye disease, rosacea, and other lid diseases. Science-based, Cliradex 4-Terpineol (T4O) formula, extracted from tea tree oil, help restore healthy eyelids by removing Demodex mites and biomaterials. Cliradex is available in towelettes for moderate-to-severe ocular irritation, and foam for mild-to-moderate conditions.

I have mgd and blepharitis. As I have learned over time by trying different things to find out what works the best, I think these wipes have made the most difference in my treatment. Every morning and night I wash my face. Then I apply the heat compress on my eyes. Then I massage my lids with an oil containing tea tree oil and wash off the oil using a foam containing tea tree oil. Then I use the Cliradex wipes. I also stopped wearing eye liner and I take fish oil. This routine has worked great for me. You have to be diligent with blepharitis because it is always there under the surface waiting to pop back up.
