My order was for one color and one b&w cartridge but got two b&w instead. However as soon as I reported the problem the color cartridge was shipped immediately and include a postage paid return envelop. Mistakes happen, how you resolve them is more important. Thanks,
The prices are very reasonable but my original order was missing the one ink color I really needed and was substituted with a color I had not requested. I called customer service who said they would rush to me the correct color (plus an extra) and that I could keep the color that was sent in error. I thought this was very nice of them. However the correct ink was sent regular mail and I was at that point totally out of that color. The printer would not work without it. The replacement ink arrived four days later.
