Love the product but could use improvement
billing was rough when I extended my plan via a trade in deal with a new base unit. got several erroneous bills which support told me to just "ignore". love the app functionality...when it works. at least once a week, I get an error trying to arm the alarm, saying it timed out. you can never tell what the status of the alarm will be when this happens, regardless of what the app says. sometimes it will be on and sometimes off.
