Bought 3 phones recently from Swappa. Experience was good for one, just ok for one, and bad for one. Prices were good for all three and all three arrived in good condition, but one was not as advertised and had to be returned. One looked as though it was going to need to be returned but worked out well. Need a better way to ensure listing are correct. And IMEI should be posted with the phone and, if not, have a check where the buyer can research the IMEI before the device is shipped to avoid the hassle of returns (make it an option before you buy so some folks like me have a choice - or better yet, just post it with the phone).
