Not so happy with the service…
Not so happy with the service when they want you to buy something after an inquiry they never let you rest with the follow up phone calls and emails and once you have purchased it you can’t get a hold of them there are no clear directions and all of my order came in three parts missing numerous items and I cant get a hold of anyone to fix it once I was Promised tape to be sent out immediately and now it’s been days so disappointing when spending a lot of money

Rubber mats
Upon arrival, one of the mats have screw holes in it from the pallet that it was attached to. Further, a lot of the mats did not line up due to some thicker than other. Also, when attempting to call costumer support, no answer. I tried multiple times and even left my information for a return call, nothing. I do not recommend this site based on the overall experience

If I could give 0, I would. Ordered ballet floor kit in mid May. NOTHING on back order. Sent 1 of 3 parts of kit, but double what was ordered. Call, they say rest backordered now and just keep extra. Then sent first part of order AGAIN. Then they send double the order of second part of kit. Just keep it. Impossible to get hold of them or get return email. When I do, runaround. Finally get last part of order JULY 6th. At least gave some refund. One of my worst shopping experiences EVER. Complete incompetence and frustration. And I love getting extra stuff but I have zero use for it.
