I really appreciate how responsive and helpful the JN team has been with my questions. There are certain things I wish the app was able to do, but I understand that they are developing new features all the time and that my requests are being taken into consideration. The team has always responded in a timely and professional manner and offered workarounds for certain things I am trying to do.

Still have a few glitches
Still have a few glitches we would like to see get fixed, only 1/2 of our staff are using it. Would like to get everyone on board but they are waiting for things to work better. Was told there is a reply but I can not open it. When I added to my review I saw the reply, call me at 775-331-5090

The software works well
The software works well, we are able to keep track of what’s going on better. The Mobile app is great, it allows our team members to add progress photos straight to the job. Both are very user friendly and easy to navigate. There a few things that would make it better. We use jobs, it would be great if when creating a job it transferred the related contacts from the contact to the job. That way you wouldn’t have to add them again and try to remember all of them. When adding additional emails to an email, it would be nice if the email would pop up after just a couple key strokes. The emails addresses are already saved in the system. And since the related contacts don’t automatically attach to the job, some are forgotten when creating the job. Also when you send off an estimate or invoice it would be nice if it automatically changed the job status to estimate/invoiced. There a few other small changes that would improve it. Overall it does what we need.
