Absolute rubbish

Absolute rubbish, complete con signed up for top package on holiday and as soon as they had money 0.5 meg speed and constantly dropped at that. Phoned 24/7 support and they only pass on messages did this numerous times and still NO contact whatsoever after 13 hours of nothing phoned up their 24/7 support only to be told the support team only work till 10pm ???? Only message system outside that??
