Worst After-Sale Service in the world!
I spent $ 500 on a Router that - after following their instructions for making minor changes - I had to return to them since it stopped working altogether (brand-new!) with simple instructions for them to return it to me, reset to factory settings. Nothing - the only word I ever got, after countless attempts - we will let you know when we ship it. They have had it for weeks, completely ignore anything I write to them! My advice: buy from someone who actually cares about customer satisfaction and not just collecting the $$$. The most horrifying customer service experience of my life!

Great Product, Great Service, Great Attitude!!!!
I took time in researching about flash routers and the team made honest and helpful suggestions throughout. I ordered a Linksys WRT32X router pre-config. To my surprise the modem arrived in just 4 days and we are talking international delivery with the most economical option. Very nicely packed and with easy to understand instructions. Most time I received answers to my queries within an hour or so which I believe is pretty decent email response turn around time. Other wise within few hours. I have experienced nothing but genuine willingness to help and honesty with these guys and in my case they have under committed and over delivered to my satisfaction. I had some hick-cups when I started using my router but with quick response from them everything is sweet as now. A big Thanks to the entire FR team. Great product, Great Service and above all Great Attitude towards their customers. Kudos!!!

The service I will say was way above what I have become accustomed to with most companies lately. Only a few questions were required to get the VPN up and running along with some basic guidance due to my own inability to be prepared. As this is not your basic off-the-shelf product, you may want to do some reading ahead of time. The people at FlashRouters even did a follow up to make sure all was good. Way beyond expectations !!

FlashRouters was EVERYTHING I was looking for!
As the title states, FlashRouters was everything I needed. Already having a router I was happy with, but wanting the additional security a VPN router could provide, I was overjoyed to learn that FlashRouters could upgrade my existing unit to a FlashRouter VPN router! My upgrade took place with one remote online session and without any complications. Any and all questions I have had since then have been answered quickly and well beyond my satisfaction. FlashRouters is a great company with great personnel offering a great service and product. I would not hesitate to recommend them or do business with again should the need arise.

Living overseas in a remote…
Living overseas in a remote environment, FlashRouters built me a router with a VPN account, finally got it over here, set up, had some problems figuring out configuration for this provider, and they walked me through everything. Great patience, great followup. Great product. Spend the money, they are worth it! This is not a fake review...I really mean it!

We have purchased a dozen or so routers…
We have purchased a dozen or so routers in the past and had excellent support. It was an unusual situation. We have a new location we are opening. Verizon installed a new circuit and I could not get connected to the internet. Tech said he could not help me unless I had and internet connection! Catch 22! Support would have been limited, I agree (been in support for 30+ years), but damn at least try. Ended up buying a router locally and was up by end of day. Support was the reason for using Flash Routers.

These guys are great! Response time is quick and they follow through with resolving your issues to complete satisfaction. I’m not a network nerd but more software application so I know just enough to be dangerous and I messed up my settings somehow but they worked with me and all’s well.

Loved the service and the ability to keep up to date without having to do all the research necessary to make sure the router config was done correctly....I do have a day job. ;-) Flashrouters was able to fill in the gap! I love having the experts give me their sign off before I implement. And the router slelection is great. Definitely glad I made the purchase!...two of them actually!

FlashRouter is AWESOME...
FlashRouter is the best company to deal with on flashing your router or buying a router already flashed...After they flashed my router(R9000) I screwed up and set my back to default and was in a pickle so I contacted FlashRouter and Mike told me where the backup was and how to get it back like it was, Then he sent me a follow up email to see if I had fixed it...Great bunch of folks at FlashRouter...Will do business with them in the future for sure...They are AWESOME...

VPN Router with Customer service.
Customers service is awesome. Any problems at all and you get the answer to fix whatever you did wrong! They are patient with beginners. Definitely would recommend. If your not tech savvy they have Routers you can buy with a vpn already installed on it.
