Puzzle arrived quickly and is of high quality. Pieces are thick and snap together tightly. Color and resolution are good. I just wish I had chosen a less difficult picture! I will use Venus again.

Excellent costumer service. When i finished with my 1000 pieces puzzle i realized that one piece is missing. I sent an email for the costumer service and the next day I got an answear back to solve my problem. Now Iam waiting for my missing piece replacement. Perfect puzzle perfect company and costumer service!!!!

The puzzle was beautiful, and it came very quickly. It was a great present. I am getting ready to order my second puzzle now! The only warning is that the pieces are pretty small, so the 500 piece puzzle was a challenge.
