Good Night Stories for Rebel Girls is a two volume collection, each comprised of 100 stories of inspirational women who have changed the world, written by Elena Favilli and Francesca Cavallo. The mission is simple: to empower the next generation by helping them see the Rebel Girls all around them. perfect for little readers.
Purchased for my 7 yr old niece. She loves reading about all the women. She especially liked that Brenda Chapman, the animator and director for the Disney movie Brave, was in it. I also read a few pages to my sons before we gave it as a gift. I was happy to read to them about Coy Mathis. The book has simple language and every person is only a page long, which is perfect for little readers. I would purchase it again.
